What this site is
melocsmart.com is an information site for the Meloc brand, run by Meloc LLC (Tbilisi, Georgia). In Azerbaijan, Meloc trades as Meloc Smart MMC. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no checkout. Its forms do not send anything to a Meloc server: the partner enquiry composer only opens your own email app with a message for you to review and send.
The country sites for Georgia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan (melocsmart.ge, melocsmart.az, melocsmart.uz) have their own terms and handle their own customers.
What we collect
We do not ask you to register or give personal details to browse this site. Data reaches us in these ways only:
- Messages you send us. If you email us, or message a country team on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive what you write and your contact details (address or number). Country teams use it to answer you.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the IP address and request details of every visit to deliver the site and block abuse.
- Analytics tags. See the next section.
How we use data
We use messages to answer your question, arrange a visit or discuss a partnership. We use hosting logs for security and reliability. We use analytics, where active, to see which pages are read and which links are used. We do not sell personal data.
Hosting and sharing
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visit data on our behalf and may do so in several countries. Messages you send by email, WhatsApp or Telegram also pass through those services under their own terms. We share your message inside Meloc with the country team that can help you. We do not give it to others except where the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Local law in your country may add further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Write to admin@melocsmart.ge from the address or number you used, and say what you want. If you only messaged a country team, you can ask them directly in the same chat.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any related sale, installation or warranty, then delete them on request or when they are no longer needed. Hosting logs follow Cloudflare's retention settings.
